Job Summary
Under local perspective and market comprehension, develop strategies to build a strong bond with clients helping to develop the market according to clients’ specific needs.
Prepare technical materials, papers, and research to be aligned with institutions in the country, focusing on the actual client’s demand, like population, row/row distance, fertilizers and to identify specific technical demand and utilize this materials and demand understanding for trainings practical and theorical.
Increase the acceptance of our brand in the internal market together with sales department, through demand generation.
Conduct trials in the main crops regions to prepare the essay for Nacional and SADC registration, preparing all documents, paperwork and assist with all the demanded information’s and documents considering the import operations.
Responsible for the trials for registration and for development of new varieties and hybrids increasing our competitiveness in the SADC market.

Duties And Responsibilities
1.Comprehend and update the genetic registration data for hybrids and varieties, guarantying quality, and quantity according to the authority’s requirements.
2.Plan and execute the trials (advancement and technical management), assuring the technical evaluations in the right time, creating strong database for R&D alignment.
3.Responsible for field experimentation: Perform manual planting and harvesting and carry out evaluations during the crop cycle according to LPAS standards.
4.Responsible to facilitate and manage the documents and follow-up for the export operations considering all the inputs LongPing will require.
5.Responsible for proactively understand client’s technical demands and provide the right information with technical references as well as technical trainings in locus.
6.Responsible, to assist sales officer to follow-up after-sales services, support the team with market demands and provide technical and strategical guidance to the sales team.

Education Other Skills Required
Deep understanding and experience with cereals and Leguminosae as maize, sorghum, rice, and soybean. Agriculture research experience, data interpretation and presentation know-how.
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy / Advance-Fluent English Level/ Office Package Intermediate level and Car driver’s license/ Technical experience and background.
