Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable inventory manager to join our growing company. Your chief goal in this position will be to monitor control and report on our company’s inventory levels.
 
A successful inventory manager is a trustworthy professional with outstanding record-keeping and analytical abilities. The chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret and analyse large amounts of data.

Duties And Responsibilities
 1.Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.

 2. Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.

 3.Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

 4.Evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment.

  5.Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.

  6.Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.

 7.Analyse different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.

 8.Train new employees.

  9.Monitor the daily warehouse activities and ensure that quality assurance standards are always maintained
             
  10.Keep track of daily sales and deliveries by making a report on them.

  11.Build and foster healthy and long-lasting relationships with the suppliers within the scope of the inventory manager role.

   12.Identify shortages and bottlenecks in the inventory control tasks and resolve the same through continuous improvisations.

   13.Keep track of the latest trends and technology in the warehouse and inventory control spectrum and stay up to date with the same.

    14.Track and meet the KPIs for inventory control that are set by the company

Education Other Skills Required
1.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or relevant field.

2.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

3.Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.

4.An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.

5.Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.

6.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
