Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our mobile devices and services within a designated territory. This individual will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with both existing and prospective clients, promoting our products and services, and ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including retailers, mobile network stores, and other potential partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of our mobile devices and services, effectively articulating value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in field sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the mobile technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile devices, network technologies, and related services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
